Enhancing life science professionals' skill and decision-making through a variety of classes in relevant science, regulatory, and business topics.

professional...interactive...eminently applicable...for a dynamic life science world
From the leader in applied life science graduate education, Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) offers programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals working in the life science industry.
An investment in skill is one of the best investments a life science company can make. Skill and talent are necessary for competitive advantage. Life science professionals need to enhance current knowledge and build new capabilities in order to contribute strategically and advance their careers. KGI can help individuals and companies meet these challenges. As a leader in applied life science education, KGI has comprehensive expertise in life science business management, science, and engineering. We lever this expertise to develop a compellingly relevant portfolio of educational programs for professionals and life science companies. Our program content emphasizes practical tools to enable professionals to better fulfill current and future responsibilities.
Custom Education is developed and delivered to meet the specific needs of a life science company. KGI works with an organization to identify goals, baseline skill levels, culture, learning style, and more. Then we develop a draft syllabus for the firm's review. Format can vary depending on the organization's needs.
Open Enrollment classes constitute a year-round portfolio designed to enhance employee knowledge for a company's competitive advantage. Classes are taught by industry subject matter experts and by academic faculty grounded in bio business and science. Cases, examples, and problems are pulled from a variety of organizations.
