Anthony D. Caracciolo
Former Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations, Gilead Sciences
Caracciolo was previously Vice President of Operations for Bausch and Lomb's pharmaceutical division in Tampa, FL, directing the manufacture and global distribution of ophthalmic preparations. Before joining Bausch and Lomb, he held various management positions at Sterling Drug. Over a 13-year period, he was involved in manufacturing and commercial operations at various facilities and locations throughout the United States, including vice president and general manager of Sterling Pharmaceuticals, Barceloneta, Puerto Rico.
He received a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science from St. John's University in New York, and was a practicing pharmacist.
