Frank J. Biondi, Jr.
Frank J. Biondi, Jr. has been Senior Managing Director of WaterView Advisors, an investment advisory firm concentrating in media since 1999. From 1996 through 1998, he was Chairman and CEO of Universal Studios and a member of the Board of Directors of Seagrams. From 1987 until 1996, he was President and CEO of Viacom Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors of Viacom. From 1985 through 1987, he was Chairman and CEO of Coca Cola Television and an Executive Vice President of the Entertainment Business Sector of the Coca Cola Company. From 1978 through 1984, he was Chairman and CEO of Home Box Office and a Vice President of its parent company, Time Inc. (now Time Warner).
Prior to that, Mr. Biondi had positions at Sesame Workshop (formerly Children's Television Workshop), TelePrompTer, and the predecessor firms to Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Securities.
Mr. Biondi currently serves on the Board of Directors of Amgen, Cablevision, Hasbro, Seagate Technology and RealD. He is a graduate of Princeton University and earned an MBA from Harvard University.
