Norris is trustee of the Kenneth T. and Eileen L. Norris Foundation, executive vice president of KTN Enterprises, and a trustee of the University of Southern California. She is a board member of the USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, an overseer of Huntington Library, and a member of numerous cultural organizations.
