Richard L. McConnell

Rick McConnell is former President of Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., and Vice President of DuPont. Twenty-six years of his 30-year career were in R&D. He serves on the non-profit boards of Iowa State University Foundation Board of Governors, Iowa Health Systems - Des Moines, and The Nature Conservancy in Iowa. He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Colorado State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska.
