Ross A. Grossman
Ross Grossman served as Vice President, Human Resources, at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, New York, from 2002 through 2013. In his time leading Regeneron's Human Resources function, Regeneron was recognized for its uniquely productive culture and as one of the best companies to work for in the biopharmaceutical industry, including being ranked by Science Magazine as the #1 Employer in the world for 2012 and 3013, after being ranked #2 in 2011.
Dr. Grossman began his career teaching college English in California. Before Regeneron, he held senior Human Resources positions at Prudential Financial, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and UBS PaineWebber.
Mr. Grossman holds a B.A. in English from California State University, Fullerton, an M.A. and PhD in English & American Literature from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA.
He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Youth Development Clinic in Newark, NJ, and on the Advisory Committee for Rutgers University's Professional Science Master's Program.
