Stan Phelps is Chairman of S.N. Phelps & Co., Commonwealth Oil Refining Co., and Clear Springs Land Company. He is former President and Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Life Advisors and U.S. Life Income Fund where he managed a portfolio of $2 billion in fixed income investments. Mr. Phelps is a graduate of Phillips Exeter, Yale University, and Harvard Business School. He holds a Doctorate of Applied Life Sciences, honoris causa, from Keck Graduate Institute.
