Ross A. Grossman
Ross Grossman served as Vice President, Human Resources, at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, New York, from 2002 through 2013 and returned to the role in 2015 for an extended but temporary assignment. During this period Regeneron grew from a market cap of under $1 billion to over $50 billion and from 600 employees to over 3,500. Regeneron was recognized for its unique culture and as one of the best companies to work for in the biopharmaceutical industry, including being ranked by Science Magazine as the #1 Employer in the world from 2012-2014 and Fortune 100 Best Companies in 2015.
Dr. Grossman began his career teaching college English in California. Before Regeneron, he held senior Human Resources positions at Prudential Financial, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and UBS PaineWebber.
Dr. Grossman holds a B.A. in English from California State University, Fullerton, an M.A. and PhD in English & American Literature from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA.
He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Youth Development Clinic in Newark, NJ, and on the Advisory Committee for Rutgers University's Professional Science Master's Program.
