Ross Grossman served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals from 2002 until his retirement in 2013, and returned to that role from April 2015 through May 2016, when he retired again. He also held senior Human Resources roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Prudential Financial, and UBS.
In his time at Regeneron, the company launched four new drugs and grew from a few hundred employees to almost 5,000 and from a market capitalization of under $1 billion to over $40 billion. Since 2011, readers of Science Magazine ranked Regeneron as either the #1 or #2 biopharmaceutical employer in the world and since 2015 Regeneron was named one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, ranking as #72 in 2016.
Dr. Grossman received a B.A. in English from California State University, Fullerton, an M.A. and Ph.D. in English and American Literature from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA.
