David Adelman
David Adelman is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Edwards Lifesciences, a medical technology company focusing on structural heart disease and critical care technologies. Edwards, headquartered in Irvine, California, is the global leader in heart valve therapy and acute hemodynamic monitoring. Prior to this, Adelman had general management responsibilities for Edwards' surgical and critical care businesses in Japan and the U.S. as well as other business development, finance and marketing positions. He also held the position of vice president of corporate strategy. He received a BA in economics and public policy from Duke University and an MA in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
