Randy Berholtz
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Apricus Biosciences, Inc.
Randy Berholtz is the executive vice president, general counsel and secretary to Apricus Biosciences, Inc., a public drug delivery company in San Diego. He was formerly general counsel to a group of Chinese-U.S. life science companies and has represented numerous U.S. and China-based pharma, biotech and medical device companies. Berholtz is also an adjunct professor at KGI lecturing on biotechnology business law, an adjunct professor of law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a lecturer at the Rady School of Business at the University of California at San Diego. Berholtz is a graduate of Cornell, Yale Law School and Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
