This course focuses specifically on the best practices for developing and managing clinical trials. Combining best practices in product development and clinical trials with GCP guidelines and FDA regulations will provide a list of practices to follow and a list of pitfalls to avoid. Materials are based on several hundred clinical trials conducted by small and large biotech companies as well as pharmaceutical companies. Cultural and operational challenges of conducting trials outside the United States will be explored. The class will use situational examples to illustrate concepts and facilitate discussions.
Format: One day class interactive and discussion based program.
