Description
Premedical students will successfully prepare their personal best to gain admission into medical school through this structured course to address all the pertinent components of the application process. In addition to the standard topical information related to medical school admissions (mock interviews, application support, and personal statement workshops), an equal portion of the course will address personal development through applicable theoretical frameworks from psychology, such as theories of motivation, learning, and intelligence. A truly unique premed course, students will optimize their premedical preparation in this core experience in the post-baccalaureate premedical program (PPC) through extensive personalized advising, mentorship and peer support.
