Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office maintains academic data and provides services related to academic records and registration for students, faculty and administration at KGI. In addition to requests for transcripts and enrollment verification, we process changes in registration, enrollment status and course information.
The Registrar's Office is committed to:
- maintaining the accuracy and the integrity of KGI student records
- ensuring compliance with KGI policies and procedures
- ensuring compliance with higher education regulations
- facilitating administrative processes for students, faculty, staff

Registrar Office Hours
Open office hours are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 10:30am and by appointment. The registrar is located in building 517 in room B136 across from the student lounge.
