Transcripts
There are two ways to request a transcript.
Transcript Request Form
Download and print the transcript request form. Deliver the completed and signed form to us via one of these methods:

Email Request
If you have a valid KGI student email address (must end in @students.kgi.edu), you may request a transcript by sending an e-mail message to registrar[at symbol]kgi.edu. Please include the following information:
- Your full legal name (if you attended KGI under a different name, please include both your current and former names)
- Student ID
- Date of birth
- Dates of attendance/intended degree date
- Address to which we should send your transcript
There is currently no fee for transcripts.
