Calendar
Unless otherwise noted all course work completed at the Institute is under a semester system which is approximately 15 weeks in length.
Repeated Courses
The Institute allows students to repeat courses. The last grade earned stands as the official grade. However, all grades for the course will appear on a student's transcript and all hours attempted and total quality points will be used in calculating grade point average.
Eligible to Re-Enroll Policy
Students are eligible to continue unless otherwise noted.
Academic Probation/Dismissal
When a student's cumulative grade-point average (GPA) is below 3.0, the student is placed on academic probation. Students on academic probation are given one semester to raise their cumulative GPA to 3.0. Failure to meet this requirement may result in dismissal from the Institute.
Cross-Registration
This transcript includes courses completed at any of The Claremont Colleges while enrolled at the Institute. The Claremont University Consortium includes: Claremont Graduate University, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Keck Graduate Institute, Pitzer College, Pomona College, and Scripps College.
