To request a letter, please email the following information to Gladys Calderon, Admissions & International Student Counselor at Gladys_Claderon[at symbol]kgi.edu:
- Names of the immediate family members as they appear on passport
- Valid passport number
- Their relationship to you (e.g. parents, siblings, spouse)
- Completed copy of "Intent to receive Degree Certificate"
International Student Optional Practical Training
