Yoga Club
Yoga Club has been on campus for several years and serves as a great stress reliever, a way to stay fit, and an opportunity to make friends. Kayla will be back with us again for weekly hour-long sessions. If you have never done yoga before, don't worry! The atmosphere is very casual and can be as easy or challenging as you want to make it. Kayla will start out with the basics to for those who are new (or rusty), and we gradually progress throughout the year. Students, faculty, and staff are invited!
