Robert E. Curry

Bob Curry serves as the Former President of PerceptiMed, Inc. He was a Venture Partner of Latterell Venture Partners, a General Partner of Alliance Technology Ventures, and, prior to that, a General Partner and Managing Director of the Sprout Group, the venture affiliate of Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette. He has served in various capacities with Merrill Lynch R&D Management, Merrill Lynch Venture Capital, Becton Dickinson, and Bio-Rad Laboratories; consulted for DuPont Instrument Products; and taught at the University of Delaware.

Curry serves on the boards of Emerald Biosciences, Inc, and PerceptiMed, Inc.

He received his PhD in chemistry from Purdue University, where he was a SmithKline Fellow, and his Bachelor of Science in physics from the University of Illinois, where he was an Edmund James Scholar.

Curry served as the KGI’s Board of Trustees Board Chairman from 2004-2019.
