Randy Berholtz

Randy Berholtz is a Partner in Hamilton Tech Capital Partners where he specializes in medical technology investments. He serves as a reviewer of early stage life sciences technology companies for the Tech Coast Angels, the CCAT Program at San Diego State University, and the Von Liebig School of Engineering at University of California at San Diego. Additionally, Mr. Berholtz is a member of the business advisory board of EndPoint Malaysia. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of IngleWood Ventures, a life sciences venture capital fund, and also practiced corporate, securities, venture capital, licensing and intellectual property law. Mr. Berholtz has served as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and co-chaired the Practicing Law Institute's Biotechnology Law Seminars. In addition to his law degree from Yale Law School, Mr. Berholtz received an M.Litt. degree from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. His BA is from Cornell University.
