Ross A. Grossman
Vice President, Human Resources, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals  Dr. Grossman has been Vice President, Human Resources at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals since 2002 where he is focused on helping the company grow and prepare for commercialization of products. He has also held senior positions in human resources at UBS PaineWebber, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, and Prudential Insurance Company of America. At Novartis, where he was a chief Human Resources officer for U.S. pharmaceuticals operations, he oversaw the organizational integration in the U.S.of Sandoz and CIBA-Geigy into Novartis. At Prudential, he held senior Human Resources positions in several businesses, including Insurance, Real Estate Investments, and Mortgage lending and led the redesign of the Human Resources function for the company. Dr. Grossman received a BA in English from California State University, Fullerton, an MA and PhD in English and American Literature from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from UCLA.
