Description : We are currently seeking quality-oriented Clinical Services Coordinators (CSC). Our CSC team works alongside our renowned team of hematopathologist physicians assisting in the preparation and aiding in ensuring the quality of our comprehensive diagnostic reports for our hematologist and oncologist customers. This is an excellent position for a science or healthcare graduate that is considering additional graduate school in the future. Primary responsibilities will include quality review and inspection of diagnostic reports produced by our team of hematopathologists, interfacing with internal laboratory departments and our partner laboratories to insure completeness and timeliness of all ordered testing technologies, transcribing relevant clinical information into our Laboratory Information System (LIS) from patient medical charts and reports, performing a quality review of patient charts and reports, communicating with clients (medical offices) and other clinical laboratories, and other administrative duties, including the provision of physician administrative support, as needed. Applicant must have an expectation and desire for providing quality work and a proven ability to comprehend and rapidly learn complex clinical and biological technologies.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in biology, biochemistry or molecular biology, or related healthcare experience.1 year experience in clinical or biotech lab setting preferred. Good working knowledge of computers, including use of Microsoft Office programs with ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good writing and proofreading capabilities.
