Sales Analyst, Dexcom (4/22/08)

BE INSIGHTFUL! Join our fast-paced teams within the Sales & Marketing department at Dexcom, Inc., a pioneering Medical Device company based in San Diego. Analyze and report sales and market research data, manage sales territory alignments, evaluate ROI for promotional programs, calculate commission payouts, track contracts, etc.

• Determine customer attrition & reorder rates
• Build models to forecast sales revenues
• Automate reoccurring processes
• Measure deltas between forecasted vs. actual
• Budget sales
• Calculate commissions
• Utilize market research information to identify targets, allocate resources, & prioritize programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or related discipline is required.
• Education and experience should demonstrate focus on analytical reasoning and logical decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint as well as all other MS Office software is required. Oracle experience desired.
• 1-3 years experience in marketing, sales, or accounting within a life science company or a master’s degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.

The sales analyst should be very organized with strong time management skills, a self-starter & proactive, and have excellent analytical aptitude.
