Corporate Education:
Science Boot Camp for Non-Scientists

This one day program will provide individuals in marketing, finance, law, human resources, and other areas with a framework of science concepts. Topics covered will include cell and molecular biology, recombinant DNA, stem cells, virus, iRNA, pharmaceutical discovery and development, translational science, and more.

Format: One day class with group exercises and lab tour exercise.

Business issues: Productivity of cross-functional teams can be enhanced if all members have at least a basic grasp of concepts, language, and implications of key scientific concepts.

Who should attend? Individual contributors and managers from marketing, sales, legal, finance, human resources, facilities, and any non-science function.

Fee: $500/person, includes all materials and lunch.
