What first got you interested in your field of choice?

Caring for patients and being an advocate for them has always been something that I deeply cared about. Medicine is continually changing and I want to be a part of the movement that pushes the boundaries by leaving my comfort zone and be challenged in all aspects of healthcare.

What type of obstacles have you had to overcome on the road to getting your education?

I have had many days where I doubted myself and being able to overcome that self-doubt and realize that I am more than capable of pursing a master’s degree.

How did you know that KGI was the right school for you?

Speaking to the faculty really helped me and knowing that KGI is a small close-knit community solidified my decision in wanting to attend this school. I believe the quality of the program and the classes we take further prepare us for a career in healthcare.

Why did you want to become an Admissions Ambassador?

I want to show prospective students what KGI can offer and what the school has done for me. I want to be able to give back to my community.

What is one fun and interesting fact about you?

Fun fact: I learned how to ride a bike 5 years ago. Interesting fact: I am a classically trained Odissi dancer for 20 years.
