What first got you interested in your field of choice?

I always wanted to be a pharmacist because my dad was a pharmacist in India. I always saw him helping his patients and educating them, which motivated me to do the same.

What type of obstacles have you had to overcome on the road to getting your education?

I was born and raised in India and moved to the United States a few years ago. It was really hard for me to adjust to a new environment. Getting my education was very hard because I did not know the language much, but with my hard work and dedication, I am now in P3 year here at KGI.

How did you know that KGI was the right school for you?

I knew KGI was the right fit for me because of the small class size, and the curriculum. I was also offered a scholarship which helped me decide that KGI was the right fit. I also wanted to move to SOCAL.
