KGI has partnered with ContractLogix, a web-based contract management system provider, to upgrade our current processes surrounding the initiation, routing, review, and approval of agreements. Additional information can be found on ContractLogix’s website.
ContractLogix utilizes workflows and business processes (similar to Workday) to ensure that all documents requiring a signature, including contracts, agreements, leases, licenses, or other legally binding documents, are routed to the appropriate reviewers within your division to the appropriate Board-authorized signer within KGI.
The KGI implementation team will be requesting feedback from the community in the form of a survey and/or focus group sessions on soliciting your input and identifying the best business processes focusing on user experience. Keep an eye on your email, or check back here for updates.
The target campus-wide go-live for ContractLogix is September 1, 2021.
