Dear KGI Community,

The COVID-19 Task Force met this morning and wanted to let you know that we have every intention of coming back on campus as planned on February 14. Please continue to prepare for your return to campus on that day.

We will continue to monitor the situation and case counts, but we are optimistic to see the numbers of cases and hospitalizations in LA County decreasing slowly. The delayed return is working in our favor. As the healthcare systems around the campus begin to stabilize, the numbers of booster compliance are increasing for our KGI community.

Upon return from campus, faculty may continue to have student absences in class. Academic Affairs will distribute an update to the Academic Continuity Plan by the end of the week. This document will help you set expectations for our students in and outside of the classroom.
