Conditions for Campus Entry: Visitors

By entering the KGI campus, you agree to the following terms:

• You must be free of COVID-19 symptoms and may not have had contact with a positively diagnosed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
• Guests visiting campus for more than 8 hours in one day must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination AND influenza vaccination via one of the forms below.
  • If you are not vaccinated and visiting campus for more than 8 hours in one day, we will require proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours of arrival on campus.
    • Please submit your proof of negative test via one of the forms below. 
• If you are visiting campus for less than 8 hours in one day, you do not need to upload proof of vaccination.
