Occupational Therapy Professional Transitions

Occupational Therapy Professional Transitions focuses on preparation for the transition to professional practice by introducing requirements for licensure and strategies to prepare for the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy. Through support from Career Services, the course also teaches skills to secure employment post-graduation, including interviewing and resume writing, with an emphasis on marketing skills for non-traditional jobs. The course emphasizes the importance of professional membership, continuation of professional development, and planning for mentorship.
