Industry Speaker Series: Eileen Engelberg, MBS ’17, Director of Business Performance at Amgen

Bring your lunch and join us for our next in-person Industry Talk with KGI alumna Eileen Engelberg, MBS ’17. Engelberg leads the Business Strategy Integration team at Amgen Inc. and is the Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of Process Development. Her current responsibilities include managing all business and strategy needs for a $1B organization, leading a team to deliver financial and strategic analysis, and managing the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Initiative within Process Development. She also leads the Process Development rotation program, runs several internships and DI&B programs within Operations, and sits on the Supply Chain Advisory Board at Howard University.

Engelberg completed her Master of Business and Science in Bioprocessing at KGI and received her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Engelberg is passionate about education equity, gerontology, and treating neurodegenerative diseases. She is also studying French at Ventura Community College.
