Industry Speaker Series: Navigating a Career in the Clinical Research Industry with Tasha Lai, Director of Clinical Site Operations at Pfizer

Join us for our next in-person Industry Talk and hear about Tasha Lai’s exciting career journey in the field of clinical research. 

Tasha has been in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry for almost 15 years. She started her career on the lab bench at a couple of small San Diego biotechs while pursuing her Masters degree in Clinical Research at UC San Diego. She then made a transition to Clinical Research and has worked for large CROs including PRA Health Sciences (now ICON), PAREXEL, and Covance (now LabCorp Drug Development) in various capacities as a Clinical Research Associate, Project Manager roles, and finally as Director of Project Management, Oncology prior to her departure. She currently holds the role of Director of Clinical Site Operations of the Pacific with Pfizer.
