Allogene Therapeutics will be on campus for an information session.
Quynh Nguyen comes with 15 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience in the biotech and pharma industries. Currently, she is Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Allogene Therapeutics in SSF, a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering the development of allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (AlloCAR T™) therapies for cancer. She is also founder and president of an HR consulting firm, focused on working with clinical start-up companies in biotech in their journey towards commercialization. Prior, she was a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Kite, a Gilead company, and in her time there, she saw her client groups grow from 80 to over 600 people in less than three years. As a Talent Acquisition and Discovery Partner, she is dedicated to networking with biotech professionals of all levels looking for a career in cell and gene therapy. Before joining Kite, Quynh worked in staffing with a range of companies in the industry from small start-ups with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to global Fortune 500 companies, partnering deals for a variety of life sciences clients. Quynh received her BSc degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and post-graduation, she worked in an R&D lab of a global medical device company.
