KGI AAPP Patagonia Jacket Fundraiser

Hello everyone! Thank you for supporting KGI AAPP’s Patagonia jacket fundraiser OPEN TO ALL PROGRAMS this year! As the winter season grows near, these jackets are a mainstay and will last for a long time, so these will make great gifts! Please fill out the form and access the link to pay through the event calendar! 

Our full-size zip-up jackets will be in grey and black for both men and women. Jackets will have the KGI logo on the right chest and SPHS logo on the right sleeve. You can add up to two lines of personalization which will be on the right chest. The date and time of pick-up will be sent out in a future email; however, please expect a minimum of 5 weeks.

$150 per full zip-up jacket with KGI logo

$10 extra for the first line of writing 

$10 extra for the second line of writing

**Limit 26 characters per line**

Form and payment is due by November 7th, 2022. Since these jackets are custom embroidered, all sales are final. 

Please note that the logo on each jacket may be in a slightly different price depending on the level of customization. If you are unsure how much your jacket will cost, please contact us prior to submitting your payment. Lastly, if you are buying more than one jacket, please fill out a new form for each jacket you would like to order.  **WHAT YOU WRITE ON THE GOOGLE ORDER FORM WILL BE FINAL.**
