KGI Cares Bear with border 1 e1548883956679

At these weekly events, KGI Cares peer leaders will provide a safe, relaxed space to simply talk about anything, from the grievances in their lives to issues that are relevant to our society today. Topics may include:

  • Dealing with loss and grief
  • Redefining gender norms and expectations
  • Stuck between two cultures
  • Dealing with stress and burnout
  • Seeking validity in others vs being happy with yourself

Or anything else YOU want to talk about! Snacks provided.

Please RSVP on the Sakai KGI Cares page to ensure enough space and food for all!

KGI Cares Team Mission:

Our goal is for every member of our community to be physically and mentally well, and to provide understanding, compassion, and support when someone becomes unwell. Many of you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, or you have family/close friends who do. However, it’s hard to do so when we don’t feel comfortable or safe to share how we really feel. For more info about who we are and what we do, visit the KGI Cares Sakai site
