Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) alumnus James Lu, MBS ’09 is a healthcare strategic marketing leader who has worked across life sciences, medtech, and healthtech. Currently, he is the Director of Product Marketing at Apixio, a healthcare AI analytics company for value-based care and part of Centene Health Care Enterprise group. Previously, he has launched over 20+ products across major corporations to startups from Medtronic, Siemens Healthineers, FDB (First Databank, part of Hearst Health), and PatientSafe Solutions (acquired by Vocera and now Stryker). Lu graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacological Chemistry. He received his Master in Business and Science with concentrations in Business of Bioscience and Clinical & Regulatory Affairs from Keck Graduate Institute.
