Nucleate Los Angeles KGI Info Session

Nucleate, a global, student-run nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of biotech founders will be on campus, October 3, in building 535, room 152. Nucleate provides students with the education and tools they need to translate their research into biotech startups. Jared Cristobal, MEng ’22 and Bea Portez, MEng ’22, PhD Candidate are leaders in the Los Angeles Chapter and also part of the global Nucleate headquarters content strategy team.

They have started recruiting for the 2025 Los Angeles cohort for our Activator Program. Scientists, business, and clinical students will have the opportunity to present their tech and company to a panel of program mentors, biotech industry veterans, as well as, VC judges at the Final Pitch Showcase which will happen in May 2025. Winners will have the opportunity to win cash prizes and be recognized!
