PharmD Networking Night (In-Person)

The Pharmacy Leadership Society, Phi Lambda Sigma will be hosting their annual PharmD Networking Night in collaboration with Career Services this Fall on Wednesday October 4th. This event gives students the unique opportunity to learn proper networking etiquette from guest speakers and gain experience practicing their newly acquired networking skills with industry and clinical professionals. Networking night will feature some of KGI’s own amazing faculty and alumni who share valuable expertise across a wide-range of pharmacy fields. The presence of these faculty and alumni is a great way for students to further strengthen their network within KGI, while giving them a relaxing sense of familiarity as they begin to build connections with the many guests outside of KGI, such as current residents and fellows, as well as program directors! Students will not only gain hands-on experience and confidence in their own networking ability, but also invaluable first-hand knowledge about many different postdoctoral residency and fellowship programs as well! As many important Pharmacy Conferences start to approach, the PLS PharmD Networking Night is a great event for KGI students to learn about networking etiquette, sharpen their own networking skills, and begin forming valuable connections with experienced pharmacy professionals.
