“Kiepjinchymal- An Allogeneic Bone Marrow-Derived Stem Cell Treatment for Moderate to Severe Crohn’s Disease.”

    Astract:

Kiepjinchymal is an allogeneic bone marrow-derived naïve mesenchymal stem cell (BM-MSCs) product indicated for moderate to severe Crohn’s Disease. It targets those with Crohn’s Disease who have become unresponsive to conventional treatments and need surgery. Kiepjinchymal has the possibility to be a one-time treatment in contrast to invasive surgery that is a temporary solution to Crohn’s Disease.

“EFIXIV-GT: The Effective Treatment Option for Hemophilia B”

    Abstract:

AAVALANCHE Therapeutics introduces our pipeline product EFIXIV-GT, a novel adeno-associated virus (AAV) based gene therapy carrying a functional copy of the Factor IX gene. A Baculovirus expression vector (BEV) along with an insect cell line (SF9) will be used to produce the recombinant adeno associated virus (rAAV).  This gene therapy will provide a long-lasting treatment option for males ages 20-44 who have moderate to severe Hemophilia B. With EFIXIV-GT, AAVALANCHE Therapeutics is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with rare diseases through science, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
