Wellness@KGI is offering more virtual wellness programming through the end of this semester.
Join Melissa Scott, Associate Director of Career Services, on Sunday evenings for a LIVE breathwork meditation with energy healing, via Zoom.
When: Sundays at 6 PM PST, March 22 – May 10, 2020
What: 30 – 40 minutes of meditation (~ 1 hour total)

*I will ask that you keep your cameras off during the breathwork.
What you need: You will be laying down during this meditation, so have a comfortable space available (yoga mat, bed, couch etc.) with any pillows or blankets you might need. Wear comfortable clothing. Have an open mind. Be sure you aren’t interrupted. Maybe have a notebook ready, if you want to process anything that comes up during the meditation.
