Zuniga worked his way through the ranks to serve as the President of Grifols Biological, Inc. Grifols is one of the largest producers of lifesaving plasma medicines and innovative biopharmaceutical solutions worldwide. 

Zuniga has been widely recognized for his work with Hispanic students and has helped create several STEM mentorship programs in Southern California.

Zuniga has served on the Workforce Investment Board for the City of Los Angeles and the Southern California Biomedical Council. Mr. Zuniga maintains a strong relationship with CSULA, his alma mater, where he serves as an ambassador to help mentor students and create partnerships with the industry.
