This abbreviated version of the Mental Health First Aid training will provide you with tools to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Recommended for students in leadership and mentorship roles. 

For the first part of the event, slides will be presented with tips on writing a successful Cover Letter. The remainder of the time will be a workshop in which students can work on their Cover Letters with the assistance of the Career Service team.
