Joel West’s Research on Open Innovation Featured in Australian Online Magazine

A civic twist on crowdsourcing could give local governments insight into innovative solutions that benefit the community, according to a new research paper.

The research, published earlier this year by R&D Management, was a collaboration between Krithika Randhawa of the University of Technology Sydney, Associate Professor Ralf Wilden from Macquarie University, and Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) Professor Joel West.
