Prior to joining the KGI School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in January 2016, Dr. Davis was a clinical pharmacist at the U.S. Air Force Academy Clinic, 10th Medical Group, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a member of the staff, she was the coordinating preceptor for the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) program.
In this capacity, Dr. Davis coordinated for the annual rotation of approximately 20 pharmacy students from four pharmacy schools for the ambulatory care, general medication, advanced community, and drug information rotations. Additionally, she managed the medication therapy management clinic, and the anticoagulation clinic. Before her assignment at the Air Force Academy, Dr. Davis worked in retail pharmacy as the manager of the Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Colorado Springs, and as a pharmacist at Target Stores in Denver and other cities throughout Colorado. She earned the Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Eshelman School of Pharmacy, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
