Bernard E. Kury

From 2004 to 2006, Bernie Kury was Vice President and General Counsel of Guidant Corporation. Before that, he was a Partner in a New York City-based law firm, where he specialized in M & A, corporate/securities, and venture capital matters. He was included in Euromoney’s 1996 Guide to the World’s Leading M & A Lawyers. He graduated with honors from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
