Cleat Jerden

Cleat Jerden brings over twenty-five years of experience across various roles in Process Development and Operations, including his current role as the Operations Integration Lead for the Horizon Acquisition. Most recently, Cleat was the Operations Therapeutic Area Head for Inflammation and General Medicine. As Operations Therapeutic Area Head, Cleat provided leadership for the launch of Tezspire, as well as advancement of multiple clinical assets and commercial Lifecycle Management projects. Cleat also served as Operations Integration Lead for the integration of FivePrime Therapeutics, Teneobio and ChemoCentryx as he worked to transition products, technologies, and talent into Amgen’s network and business processes. Prior roles at Amgen include leadership of Integrated Portfolio Advancement, Business Analysis & External Process Development, and various roles of increasing responsibility and complexity in Process Development. Cleat has a BS in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
