Dr. Ha coordinates interprofessional education efforts between the KGI School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the UC Riverside School of Medicine, the Riverside City College School of Nursing and the Claremont Graduate University School of Community and Global Health. He also practices as an Infectious Disease pharmacist at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. In this role, he works closely with physicians, microbiology, and infection control to ensure appropriate antimicrobial utilization to improve patient outcomes, minimize healthcare costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Dr. Ha earned his doctor of pharmacy from the University of California San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and completed PGY1 and PGY2 Infectious Disease pharmacy practice residencies at the University of California San Diego Health System. His research interests include antimicrobial stewardship, vaccination and interprofessional education.
