Jas (Jaspreet) Gill

Jas Gill has over 30 years of progressive experience in multinational biopharmaceutical organizations, the likes of Johnson & Johnson and Baxter, where she served in multi-site global leadership roles at both the plant and corporate level. She has broad industry product portfolio expertise with cell & gene therapy products (AAV, CAR-T Autologous, Tregs Auto and Allogeneic); small molecule pharmaceutical products in a variety of dosage forms (tablets, capsules); biologics (recombinants); home & hospital use devices with embedded software (glucose monitors, infusion pumps, fluid delivery sets), combination products (transdermal patch); sterile/non-sterile generics (injectables, ophthalmic, oral liquids, topicals, inhalants and nasal sprays) and in-vitro diagnostic devices(HbA1c testing systems).

She has served in the C-suite for several years and most recently served as Chief Quality Officer at Sangamo Therapeutics. She is the president owner of JG Advisory Group, a dynamic management consulting firm, providing management and consulting services to CGT, pharma, medical device, and biotech industry clients in the areas of CMC with focus on establishing systems and processes to advance to late phase product development and manufacturing. She has Executive MBA from Golden Gate University and has several professional affiliations. She has mentored many young leaders globally and believes that through education, diversity of thoughts and collaboration we can bring innovative medicines to patients.
