Molly Chestnut, CFRE, serves as the Associate Vice President of Institutional Development and Partnerships. She works closely with KGI’s President, Vice President, and Academic Deans to build relationships with corporations, foundations, and individuals to further the mission of the school.
Key areas of responsibility include securing individual, foundation, and public support for the KGI School of Medicine, the Henry E. Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences, and the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Additionally, Chestnut leads teams responsible for meeting KGI’s marketing, corporate partnership, and advancement objectives.
With over 13 years of combined experience in the field of higher education advancement, Chestnut has held positions at The Claremont Colleges (Scripps College and KGI), UC Riverside, and Stanford University Law School.
Chestnut joined KGI in 2016. She attended California State University, Long Beach, holds a BS in Business Management, and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
