KGI helps students address individual needs or concerns to facilitate success during grad school.
Taking care of yourself involves finding a balance between your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. This can be difficult as a student. Achieving the right balance in your life can help facilitate your success at KGI and in your post-graduation endeavors.
Occupational therapy strives to help people across the lifespan do the things they want to and need to do through engagement in meaningful activities and the creation of healthy habits and routines. It utilizes a collaborative approach and a holistic lens to identify and address individual needs.
We will work together to address your individualized needs or concerns. Services offered include consultations and individual sessions. These are up to 60 minutes and free to all KGI students. Common topics we can work on include:

Is your club, class, or program looking for a presentation or workshop on a specific topic? Staff and faculty, are you interested in a specific talk for your team or department? We would love to collaborate with you! Workshops done outside of Student Affairs are designed as an off-site outreach to benefit KGI faculty, staff, and students.
Please email Caitlin_ODonnell@kgi.edu with the subject line of “Outreach Workshop Request.” We will do our best to accommodate your request.
